I haven’t seen Bob since moving away from Elmira but l have many great memories of Bob Mick Wainwright Bill Proper and myself on the golf coarse. It was a great foursome. Bob will be missed by everyone who knew him

Barbara & I are sorry to hear of Bob’s passing, We remember the many times we enjoyed the company of both he and Mary at Corning Country Club, their visits to Florida, and our visits to Elmira, and our trip to Wet Willie’s in Savannah. RIP friend. Bob Hudzinski

Randy and I are heart broken to hear of Loby’s passing. We have so many wonderful memories of our times with Loby and Mary. He was a SPECIAL fraternity brother, a SPECIAL person and a VERY SPECIAL friend. Many brothers have reached out to me since we received the news and each one had SO many wonderful memories. His smile and warmth were infectious. My three grown children still remember how funny he was when Loby and Mary visited us in Georgia with their AirStream trailer.

I was sad to see the passing of Robert. He & I were members of the Fur, Fin, Feather club in Elmira. I even penned a name for him, "Sir Robert of Lobus" which was done with humor & kidding at the Club on Thursday eves. If I were still in the area I would join the condolences with his family & friends. He was a great friend of us all and will be sorrowful for his loss. John Hyland

I fondly remember Mr. Lobus. He was a wonderful teacher, inspiring many. His love of photography was apparent when he did the photos for the Broadway Junior High School yearbooks.

Judy and I were saddened to learn of Bob’s passing. I had the pleasure of teaching 8th Grade Social Studies with Bob and Jerry Utter in 1977. Bob had a ready smile and pleasant comment whenever we reconnected over the years. We send our most sincere condolences to his family and friends. May this good man rest in peace.

To Mr Lobus's Family & circle of Friends, Would like to say what a " cool" teacher Mr Lobus was ! He made learning fun, interesting ! Always smiling! Very much respected ! I so fondly remember him from Broadway Jr High . I can not imagine the grief you are all going thru. May it become easier while you share memories, pictures & stories of great times! I can only imagine what he was like when he wasn't being a professional, teaching ! May the days ahead continue to become smiles as you share, keep in yourself new memories you're learning from others. We were all so blessed to have had him as our teacher ! HUGS sent to you all.
