I grew up with the Lovett Family and i am at a loss of words, we grew up on Horner St and we weren’t just neighbors we were family! I have a lot of fond memories, one thing I remember about Jeff the most is dang that boy could run and run fast, Jeff was a little twig when he was younger and not person could catch that boy and he had the most contagious laugh when he laughed it made you laugh! My heart goes out to Jeff’s entire family especially his children! RIP Jeff

I was 16 yrs old when I first met my baby brother Jeff. I visited from Oregon and then Washington it seems every 5 plus years. I moved away when I was 11 years old with my mother and step dad and brothers Mike and Fred in 1974. I was only 5 when my mom and father Fred divorced. I was ever so happy to return to NY to see our father and meet Joe, Pip and Jeff. Rose taught them they had a big sis and they readily accepted me as their sister. I have loved all 3 ever since! Jeff and I kept up with each other via messenger often. I did not know he was as ill as he was. He always said he would beat this. I'm so sorry and broken hearted that I didn't jump on a plane when I first learned of his Multiple myeloma. The miles have separated us our whole lives of which I feel robbed of the years not being able to grow up with ALL my brothers and especially with my father and Rose, who I always loved. I too have my nieces and nephews there that didn't grow up with me. I truly would have spoiled them rotten! Thank you Lauren for setting this memorial up, allowing me to share my thoughts! I pray for strength and peace for my dear family ❤️. My heart goes out to his kids

I knew Jeff from when he was a young boy, My deceased husband Bill and I were good friends of his parents, we thought of Jeff as one of many kids that called us Ma and Dad.
His special smile, his contagious laughter, and unwavering love for life. His family and friends were kinda the same thing, once you were a part of his life that never changed, you were in his heart forever, just as he was in mine.
Love you Jeff, i kn that you will become the best angel of all, because you sure showed angel qualities while you were here on earth with us. But..You also wore your horns with dignity showing that bad is not always the only quality a person can have, good and bad live in all of us, its just how we use them both that counts.
RIP Jeff till we meet again..❤️

Jeff was a great guy and will be missed. I worked with he and his mom Rose at UCP / Able2 in Horseheads. He was such a good person & worker. Many of the residents were attached to him. My sympathy is extended to his family.
