Deacon Bill and his loving wife, Mary were in my Father’s (Dr. James & Jane Whitford) Permanent Diaconate class, ordained April 17, 1982. Deacon Bill was the celebrant at my parent’s inurnment at St. Mary Our Mother cemetery in Horseheads in June, 2010. My deepest sympathy on the death of this wonderful, loving and kind man.
