Aggie was born in Schenectady NY a daughter of the late Antonio and Rosa (Pistolesi) Canali. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 61 years Arthur N. Paul; loving daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara A. and Edward Thayer of Cicero NY; Helen J. and James Menechella of Elmira Heights NY with their sons and daughter-in-law, James and Meghan Menechella and Brian Menechella (Kori Campbell); Kathryn Paul of Valbonne France with her sons, Sebastien and Nicolas Bourut; sister Maryanne Eichenlaub (Jim Cleary) of Elmira Heights NY; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Donald E. Paul, Phyllis and Tony McKlevis, Connie Paul all of Elmira; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Ted and Shirley Semesky of Elmira. Aggie had been a hard worker all her life. Her first job was at Remington Rand. While at Rand she started waitressing at Lib's Supper Club. She later went to work waitressing at The Palm's for nearly 40 years. Aggie worked a second job as a "lunch room lady" at Cohen School for over 20 years. She would take her change earned from waitressing and buy ice cream for children that could not buy their own. She was a Girl Scout leader while her daughters were growing up and she also enjoyed sewing and doing ceramics. Above all, she was always there for her family. Aggie taught her three daughters the value of a good work ethic that they still carry today. Family and friends are invited to McInerny Funeral Home, 502 W.
