To the Schornstheimer and Minch Families, My heart goes out to all of you.
I was lucky enough to meet Marilyn and become friends because of Zeke.
We all shared many great times filled with fun and laughter that gifted many, many fond memories that will last a lifetime.
Marilyn was a rare person whose love and positivity will stay with me forever.
You will be so, so missed Marilyn!!!!

When I think back to school days and how I didn't like you at first, I have to laugh at myself. Judged the book by her cover and not her true heart. Oh, it didn't take me long to figure that out though! I am so grateful that we stayed in touch over the years, some large breaks in between, but we always reconnected at one time or another. With me living so far away for most of our friendship, didn't alway make it easy. I now regret for not getting to see you this last summer, I focussed on my father instead of friends, but I did see you the year before and was blessed with a wonderful time with you. Of course we wrote in between, but…….
Lifting Richard, Zeke, and Mare's sisters and friends in love and light always. We lost a good one!
I love you, Mare. You were a beautiful soul who cared for others. I was blessed by your friendship. May you rest in paradise…..until I see you again…… xx

Too bad she didn’t get the help she needed. Sadly, gone too young. Condolences to the family and may you now be at peace.

Marilyn will forever be in our hearts. Marilyn came into our family and married my brother in 1984 and became my sister in law. She was always laughing and smiling and made everyone around her do the same! She brought my nephew Zeke into the world and he was and is the pride and joy to Marilyn and Rich. I have many fond memories of times together at family gatherings and as time goes on and more family passes on we will always have those memories in our hearts forever. RIP Marilyn, love you and miss you. Diane

Rich, Zeke and family, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of my beautiful friend. We met in HS, and I remember a few years ago we talked about how we both felt an instant connection when we first met and had so much in common. I love you always my friend and Heaven has certainly gained an Angel.

Marilyn was my first cousin. I will always remember her as loving and definitely laughing. Always full of fun. I remember going to the Enchanted Forest with Marilyn and both our sibling's and our loving parent's . I always considered my cousins as my first friends in life. Thank you, for your beautiful life. You will be missed.

When Marilyn was a youngster, she broke her leg and was in a full leg cast. It was close to summer, and we always played outside together. Marilyn was helped outside with us, and we chalked on their driveway a lot that season because that was an activity Marilyn could participate in to be outside. I can still see her dragging her long-leg cast along the driveway as we filled it with our drawings. One day, we noticed that her cast made a chalk line of its own. I recall being so surprised, and I also remember Marilyn's grin every day that summer. She was the best sport about everything.
