Age 75, of Elmira, died unexpectedly, on Sunday, October 8, 2023. JoAnn was born in Sayre PA, a daughter of the late Hilburt and Frieda Clark Luce. JoAnn is survived by her daughter Sherry Helstrom of Millport NY; companion of five years, Jim Page of Elmira; sister and brother-in-law, Jean and Ed Mathews of Elmira.
JoAnn retired from Thomas and Betts Corporation. She loved her animals, enjoyed watching old western movies and listening to classic rock.
Family and friends are invited to McInerny Funeral Home, 502 W. Water St., Elmira, on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 pm.
