Jane was my Supervisor at NYSEG in the mid 70's. I calculated customer's bill and have never been a Math person. I would frequently have to knock on Jane's door to ask her for help. "Jane, are you busy? Could you help me with a bill?" She was busy, but never once did she say, "Could you come back later", or I'm busy right now". Every single time she stopped what she was doing and said, "No, come on in". Her door was always open. I will never forget her kindness and professionalism. My sincere condolences to her family. Jane was an exceptional human being. I hadn't seen her in over 50 years. May she always RIP.
