age 72 of Elmira, passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2022, at Lancaster General Hospital in Lancaster PA after a short illness. Rose was born in Elmira, daughter of the late Frank W. and Mary Theresa (Cafolla) Doland. She was also predeceased by brother James Doland and stepbrother Michael Tobin. Rose is survived by her daughter Lisa Brant with Kevin Reney; grandchildren, Joseph, Lindsey and Lauryn Brant; siblings and their spouses, Sam and Margie Doland, Carol Doland and Dave Sandore, Thomas and Carol Doland, John Doland, Mary Doland, Kathy and Dale Davis, Janet Poppelton; nieces and nephews, Daniel (Diane), David (Lisa) and Kristen Doland, Thomas Jr. (Brenda), Robert (Jenn) Doland and Tara (Ken) Bailey, Jamie Spano, Julie Fielding, Alan Jr. (Lauren), Amanda (Jonathan) and Brian Poppelton; numerous great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Rose was a 1968 graduate of Elmira Free Academy. She worked in the health care field for many years.
Family and friends are invited to McInerny Funeral Home, 502 W. Water Street on Friday, December 30, 2022 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 5:00.
