Obituary of John G. Rease

John "Jack" Rease, age 71, of Painted Post, passed away July 6, 2022 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, with his loving family at his side.
He was born in Niagara Falls, NY to Cleo (Davis) and John Rease. He married the love of his life, Phyllis Kinary on April 20, 1968.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by granddaughter Megan Rose Austin.
Jack is survived by his loving wife Phyllis, daughter Tammy (Alan) Austin, son Jack (Michelle) Rease, and son Shaun Rease; grandchildren, Cody Austin, Nicole Austin, Taylor Rease, and Braeden Rease, and great-granddaughter Olivia Martin.
Jack worked at Dresser Rand for nearly 30 years. Jack was an avid outdoorsman and loved cruising to tropical places with his beloved wife and family. He was a proud member of the Masons and he could always be found doing projects around his house, or helping his family members with their own projects.
There will be no services per Jack's request. A celebration of his life will be held at a future date to be determined by his family.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to a charity of one's choosing in his memory.
