Age 68, of Latham NY passed away on June 22, 2022 in Troy, NY. Cynthia was born in Elmira, the daughter of Irene (Mace) Williams and Wilford G. Williams. Cindy graduated from Notre Dame High School in 1972 and SUNY Brockport in 1976. Cindy spent most of her career in the Information Technology industry as a business analyst and project manager for The State of New York, and IBM Corporation. Cindy was predeceased by a brother Wilford Glenn Williams; sisters, Mary Alice Williams and Maureen Anne Williams McLaine. Cynthia is survived by her uncle William F. (Virginia) Mace of Montgomery AL; brother in-law Mark McLaine of Hopewell Junction NY, many cousins and godchildren.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial for Cindy at St. Patrick's Church, 604 Park Place Elmira, on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 10am. A livestream of the Mass will be available through the Facebook page for Most Holy Name of Jesus Parish (https://www.facebook.com/ElmiraCatholic). Committal prayers and interment will follow at St. Peter and Paul's Cemetery.
