I had the pleasure of working with Bill at the NYSDOL office in Elmira. Bill was the “go to” person for his vast knowledge of businesses and labor market information when I started working in that area. He was always generous with his time and kind to everyone. Always a quick wit, with a dry sense of humor, and a legendary sweet tooth. I hope his family will find comfort in their memories of him as I am sure his work family has. He will be missed. —Carol
