Ken and I were room mates at Arnot Ogden Memorial Hospital School of Nursing -1975 )BEST Class EVER!). As Ken has been his entire life, he was funny, darn smart, witty and fun to be with! He was a great photographer and tennis player back then! Like me, Ken has made an indelible impact on all of our lives! He may be gone from this earth, but he is always in our hearts and Ken will never, ever be forgotten. He's in heaven watching down on all of us. Keep an eye out for a "heavenly prank" from him from time to time. Be at piece my friend!!

This is so hard...
I know that Kenny is no longer suffering for which I am grateful. However, there is a huge emptiness in my heart that will be very difficult to fill.
I met Kenny through tennis and developed one of those friendships that I am sure many experienced with him. He was always a cheerleader; never a bad word to say about anyone or anything. Ken loved playing tennis and was on the court as much as he could. He helped so much with GETA tennis events, willingly offering his time without being asked.
While I moved away, Ken and I would speak on the phone...many times it was while I was driving to a tennis match. There were times that he would struggle to get all the words out however, there was always one thing he asked of me before every conversation ended. Kenny always had a very hard forehand and while many of those strokes were great shots, a few were prone to flying directly into the back fence. So, at the end of every phone call the thing he would always ask me to do was to blast one into the fence for him. I so wish you were here to do it "Kenny style".
Keep hitting out on your forehand buddy and please find someone up there in heaven that can teach you a backhand. Kenny, save space up there for the rest of us so we can get back out on the court together again.
I miss you as a friend and while you are not physically with us today, I know that you are with us in spirit, in my mind, and most importantly in my heart.
You did good buddy and you will be forever missed!

RIP “KEN” you always had a smile and always had something happy to add to my day. When I came to NY from PR and Istarted in IMAST you were my first ride to work. You always were a nice person to see every day, when I needed anything you made it happen. I am very saddened by your departure but I know that you will be received in heaven because your heart and compassion were immense and a good example of what a friend is ,, Good bye Ken but we will see each other again some day but until then thank you for everything and being you. You will be missed
