Dear Tokarski family, so very sorry for your loss. I first met Mr. Tokarski when my wife and I lived at 620 Partridge St., in Elmira back in 2006. He was very friendly and such a great guy. He would always be doing little odd and ends or mowing the lawn at the small house across the street from our house. Whenever I was outside doing some kind of yardwork or shoveling my driveway, I would stop by and we would talk about this house that he was working on. We will keep Mr. Tokarski and his family in our prayers. He definitely will be missed.
