Age 104, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 4, 2019. Mary was born in Burlington, VT a daughter of Edward and Pauline (Rundle) Warch. Mary was predeceased by her husband Donald J. Rosenberg and sister Pauline Warsh. Mary is survived by several cousins and dear friends. Mary was a meticulous bookkeeper both in profession and as a volunteer. She was an active participant in various church groups as well as the St. Joseph's Hospital Auxiliary until her late 90's. She was a long time communicant of St. Patrick's Church. Mary was a quiet, generous and kind woman of great faith who will be missed. Thank you to Dr. Corbalan and the staff on the 5th floor Skilled Nursing Unit at St. Joseph's Hospital for the wonderful care they provided to Mary. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Mary on Friday, February 15, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., St. Patrick's Church, 604 Park Place, Elmira. Interment, with committal prayers, will follow at St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery. Those wishing may make a memorial contribution in Mary's name to Arnot Health Foundation, St. Joseph's Hospital Fund, 571 East Market Street, Suite 102, Elmira, NY 14901.
