To the family and friends of Joey, Reading the condolences it is obvious how much Joey was loved and will be missed! Words often cannot express the pain you feel when you loose someone you care about. I find comfort in the fact that the Bible holds out a wonderful hope. Job expressed it well in Job 14:14,15 where it says "If a man dies, can he live again? I will wait all the days of my compulsory service until my relief comes. You will call, and I will answer you. I spent 5 great years working at EC with Joey! He was the absolute best! Always working hard and living life to the fullest. One of my best memories was the smile on his face when the EC athletes bought him a new bike after his was stolen. Thoughts and prayers with his family. I will always smile when I think of this beautiful man and all the kindness he brought to all of us! RIP JOEY!!

My wife and I both attended EC 93-97 I played hockey and Heather played basketball. Joey would always stop and talk to us no matter where we saw him. He always left us with a smile and as he would be going move Joey would Agway say. “Love you buddy” He had so much love!

I was joeys superviser and friend for 17 years he was the nicest sweetest person I knew he would ride by my house on his way to the pioneer game just to say my name even if I wasn’t home he will be greatly missed I love you bud till we meet again
